Recently, our brand has been subjected to an organized campaign of unfounded attacks. During this process, a community user, in an effort to expose this affiliate partner's "double standards," factually published official cell specification data.

Faced with true and accurate data, this affiliate partner not only refused to acknowledge it, but instead attempted to muddle through using false information from the internet, displaying utterly ridiculous double standards:

When attacking us, he solely fixated on raw paper specifications, completely abandoning engineering and validation logic. Yet for another brand that sponsors him, he arrogantly denied official cell standards and went to extreme lengths to glorify their so-called performance, exaggerating their data to more than 8 times the official specifications! This behavior is utterly ridiculous and absurd.

When the user used official data to expose his lies, he was unable to justify his stance. Infuriated, he not only slandered the user as a "bot incapable of real-world vehicle verification," but also resorted to a despicable act of illegal retaliation—sending a malicious IP-tracking link to the user.

2. Official Verification & Conclusion: Irrefutable Evidence

After the community user exposed the incident and provided a highly comprehensive evidence package, our technical team immediately intervened and conducted an independent secondary verification. Using internationally recognized security platforms, including VirusTotal, URLScan.io, and ThreatBook, all test results consistently confirmed that the link is indeed a disguised digital tracker (IP Logger). This severe violation of privacy not only severely exceeds Gspace's compliance standards but also crosses the bottom line of both law and ethics. Gspace holds a zero-tolerance stance on this behavior.

3. Strict Sanctions Taken by Gspace

Protecting the legitimate rights of real users is an unshirkable responsibility. Gspace has immediately implemented the following strict sanctions:

• Permanent Ban: Permanently banned the individual's account and all related alt-accounts from our official Facebook groups and pages.
• Termination: Permanently terminated all his affiliate links and discount codes.
• Frozen Privileges: Frozen all his affiliate privileges pending a legal review.
• Industry Removal: Officially removed him from our Certified Maintenance Professional Directory.

4. Strict Enforcement of Affiliate Standards & Purifying the Community Environment

Gspace has always maintained strict ethical and compliance standards for our affiliate partners. With this incident, we are officially reiterating and strictly enforcing the "Gspace Affiliate Code of Conduct."

Moving forward, all individuals and entities applying for the Gspace Affiliate Program will be deemed to have accepted this Code upon submission. We strictly prohibit and will immediately terminate any cooperation involving spreading false information, malicious rumors, cyberbullying, privacy violations (doxxing), or deceiving consumers through double standards. Violation of these red lines will result in immediate termination without prior notice, account deletion, frozen commissions, and the pursuit of legal liabilities.

We absolutely will not tolerate the involved account and its alt-accounts spreading false information that ignores basic facts, violates physical and chemical laws, and lacks scientific common sense. By publishing the evidence of the threatening messages and malicious link sent to our customer, we are exposing these dark tactics to the light. We will resolutely safeguard the brand's legitimate right to development against malicious smearing from competitors. Simultaneously, we will protect the legitimate rights of all the riders, affiliate partners, our employee team, and supply chain partners who truly support us, ensuring that no one who works with dedication suffers from malicious slander.
