Free Shipping Guidelines

1. the U.S. - Currently, our shipping services are available exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. Kindly be aware that we do not ship to remote regions, which include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
2. the EU - In Europe, we deliver within the European Union (with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, and EU-Outermost Regions).

Delivery Scheduling

When ordering an item from our website, we are able to ship the order in 1-2 business days. After your shipment is picked up by UPS or FedEx Ground or BRT Bartolini, we will contact you with the shipment information and tracking number.
Shipment time to your provided address takes 3-7 business days.
