1. Pre-Sale Period & Early Bird Benefits

• Campaign Duration: 10 Days.
• Start Time: March 31, 2026, at 8:00 PM (EDT) / 5:00 PM (PDT).
• End Time: April 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM (EDT) / 5:00 PM (PDT).
• Price Guarantee: Orders placed during the pre-sale lock in exclusive Early Bird pricing. After the pre-sale ends, the product will revert to the standard local market retail price.
• Limited Bonus Gift: The first 100 users to complete their final balance payment will receive a complimentary Steering Damper and a set of Frame Sliders. Users who pay the full deposit will also receive an additional one-year warranty (totaling two years). Note: Gift eligibility is determined by the chronological order of final payment completion, not the initial pre-order timestamp.
• Purchase Limit: To ensure fairness, each account (including associated payment terminals/shipping addresses) is limited to one (1) unit. GSPACE reserves the right to cancel and refund orders without prior notice for technical manipulation or bulk registration.

2. Final Payment & Shipping Schedule

• Estimated Shipping: Shipments are scheduled to commence around June 5, 2026 (±15 days).
• Final Payment Notification: A "Balance Payment Open" notification will be sent via email approximately one week before the goods arrive at the warehouse.
• Payment Window: You must complete the remaining balance payment within 30 calendar days after the payment channel opens.
• Fulfillment Sequence: Orders will be processed and shipped strictly based on the chronological order of final balance payment (First Paid, First Shipped).
• Default & Forfeiture: If the final balance is not paid within 30 days of the notification, the order will be deemed forfeited. A refund processing fee of 4% of the amount will be deducted, and the remaining prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Tiered)

• Full Refund Phase: You may request a full refund at any time before the final payment channel officially opens (i.e., before receiving the notification email) at no additional cost.
• Service Fee Phase: Once the final payment channel has opened, any cancellation request (regardless of whether the balance has been paid) will incur a refund processing fee of 4% of the amount.
• Force Majeure: In the event of delays caused by supply chain disruptions or logistics force majeure, we will provide progress updates via email.

4. Product Specifications & Adjustments

• Parameter Optimization: We reserve the right to make minor optimizations to product parameters based on mass production feedback.
• Major Changes: If there are significant adjustments to core functions or primary exterior colors, we will issue a formal notification. In such cases, you may choose to maintain your order or apply for a full refund (waiving the refund processing fee).

5. After-Sales Support

• Warranty: Pre-sale products (including bundled gifts) are fully covered under the official GSPACE after-sales and warranty policies.

6. Other Terms & Conditions

• Right of Interpretation: GSPACE reserves the right to interpret, supplement, or modify the rules of this pre-sale event within the scope of applicable laws.
• Final Authority: GSPACE reserves the final right of interpretation for all aspects of this activity.
