Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before your product enters the shipping or production process. Once cancellation is requested prior to shipment/production, you will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns Process

  1. Pre-Return Authorization Required
    All returns must begin by submitting a request through our After-Sales Service Form. Our team will review your request within 1 business day and email you:

    • Approved return instructions

    • Your designated return address (varies by market)

    • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

  2. Eligibility Requirements
    To qualify for a return:

    • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

    • For cycling-related products due to quality issues: The total riding distance must be less than 10 miles, and the product must be in original condition with intact packaging that does not affect resale

    • For cycling-related products for other reasons: The total riding distance must be less than 100 kilometers within one month of receipt, and the product must remain in unused, original condition

    • Original packaging and tags must be intact (to ensure the product is suitable for resale without impact)

    • Proof of purchase required

  3. Special Conditions

    • Custom/personalized items are final sale

    • No restocking fees apply

Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and notify you via email within 5 business days

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Refund timing depends on your financial institution (typically 3-5 additional business days)

  1. Check with your bank (transactions may take 5-10 business days to post)

  2. Verify spam/junk folders for our emails

  3. Contact us at service@gspace-tech.com with your RMA number
