Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before your product enters the shipping or production process. Once cancellation is requested prior to shipment/production, you will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:-
Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

For cycling-related products due to quality issues: The total riding distance must be less than 10 miles, and the product must be in original condition with intact packaging that does not affect resale

For cycling-related products for other reasons: The total riding distance must be less than 100 kilometers within one month of receipt, and the product must remain in unused, original condition

Original packaging and tags must be intact (to ensure the product is suitable for resale without impact)
